Most unaware of RM250 limited liability - PLEASE READ AND BE INFORMED!‏

The limit of your liability for a lost or stolen credit card is RM250.00 under Rule 13.2 of the Bank Negara rules on credit card if it has been fraudulently used. Pl note this limit n ensure that your bank does not overcharge you should your card have been used illegally.

Most are unaware of RM250 limited liability - PLEASE READ AND BE INFORMED! CARDHOLDERS need not pay more than RM250 whenever their lost or stolen credit cards are used by others. Yet, oftentimes, they end up paying much more.

This is because Bank Negara has not informed cardholders that they do not have to pay more than RM250 for fraudulent transactions carried out using their lost or stolen cards, when they had not acted fraudulently and had informed the banks about the lost or stolen cards as soon as possible.

This protection is given under Clause 13.2 of Bank Negara's Credit Card Guideline ('The cardholder's maximum liability for unauthorized transactions as a consequence of a lost or stolen credit card shall be confined to a limit specified by the issuer of credit cards, which shall not exceed RM250 provided the cardholder has not acted fraudulently or has not failed to inform the issuer of credit cards as soon as reasonably practicable after having found that his credit card is lost or stolen').

Banks know about Clause 13.2 but have chosen to ignore it. Instead they pursue cardholders for the fraudulent transactions.

They will tell cardholders that a clause in the credit card contracts states that all transactions carried out before the loss of the cards are reported to the banks, are deemed to be carried out by the cardholders.

Many cardholders then pay up because they are unaware of the RM250 limited liability.

Bank Negara should rule that:

*THE RM250 maximum liability on fraudulent transactions is
highlighted to cardholders in the card agreements as well as in the
monthly card statements.

*BANKS are not allowed to insert any clause in the card agreement
which is contrary to Clause 13.2.

*BANKS should refund all money in excess of the RM250 collected from
cardholders whose cases clearly come under Clause 13.2.

送了老婆去上班后就到了集合地点。。。
天啊！才8点多。。。只好坐在那边看人家跑步。。。看到几个熟人 原来他们那么健康的。。。

过后就去看小鸟和大鸟。。。看到天色很暗。。。想要下雨那样。。。就sms大胃说我要回家睡觉了。。。结果给他鸟。。。

过后大胃和小甜甜就到了，然后就是很久没有见面的一哥，原来A水出门没有带相机跑回家拿。。。 明知道要来拍照竟然不带相机。。。果然只有猪死才会做得出的事。。。

接下来就是观众chen，水虫，睡猪来了。。。人数到期后即开始了。。。原来A水和助手真的准备到像professional那样子。。。敬佩！

开始时候2位魔豆都很害羞，卡麦拉面也是。。。我就跑去旁边拍我的花草树木加虫。。。回来看看他们，结果他们全部都越拍越high。。。越投入。。。过后KenNics就来了。。。

我以为很快就可以收工回家的，但是大家拍了接近2小时。。。 累！

过后，我们就到菩提斋去用餐。。。

就酱结束鸟。。。。。摄影聚会。。。

3D2N Redang Trip

Went to Pulau Lang Tengah at Terengganu for a holiday trip with my girlfriend and her sister and sister's boyfriend. We travel from Sungai Petani, Kedah to Kuala Terengganu by bus from 10pm and reach Kuala Terengganu early in the morning next day around 5.30am. Been to a totaly new place feel scary also, so we chartted a taxi to take us to eat breakfast in the local chinatown. After that only depart tp Merang Jetty, that is located 60km from Kuala Terengganu town. Nothing much to said about Kuala Terengganu town in this early morning cause no activity at all.

At the Merang Jetty we took the speedboat to the Lang Tengah Island together with us are 3 malay guys from KL. The boat ride took us around 1 hour, i even have time to take a nap in the boat since i dont have a good sleep on the bus.

The weather all these 3 days is nice, only night time is a bit stormy at the 1st day. We went for snorkering round Lang Tengah Island and Redang Marine park, play banana boat, play congkak and sing karaOK. We cant manage to see the legandary famous blue sand at night near the seaside. That is our only regret.

The trip back to Kuala Terengganu is ok, but the bad news is we have to stay in town untill from 11am to 9pm to wait for the bus back to Sungai Petani. Conclusion is Kuala Terengganu is a damn boring town, not a single cinema in town. The local here also dont wanto rent car to outsider, so all the while we stay in the Mydin and Giant...so call the biggest in town. But the size is not even 1/4 of the KL mid valley.

The bus trip back is awful, the seat is small not confortable to sleep and the stupid bus driver son keep on distrubing all the passenger along the journey. But thank God we all safely reach Sungai Petani alive.

One of my office

Well I have been working in this hospital for 6 years already. When the first time i reach this hospital is still in the old building that is builded since year 1900. I am so surprise its can last so long, my office is near the kicthen, OMG...I study 3 years in university just to work in hospital kicthen!!

I become the head of the department for 3 years, controling 1 officer, 3 supervisors and 16 cooks. All also old folks...dealing with old folks staff is a tough work. They fear of changes, always reject all my reformasi...for the best of the department. I cant believe that now is IT era, and my department dont even have a computer...so i request for 1 computer, now i can listen to song and play game in my free time in the office...

Of cause my job is not just to control the cooks...i also give caunseling to in patient and out patient of the hospital...sometime go out give talk to the health staff.

Now Hospital already move to a new building that cost billion of ringgit, equip with IT system and many many high tech stuff, but the staff is not high tech to catch up to the change of time...do you know when some staff went through the Office Automation couse got staff that scare to hold the mouse and worse is got people vomit on the keyboard cause look at the monitor too long...

The Dwarf or Pygmy Puffer (Tetraodon Travancorius) is a freshwater puffer fish that feeds on live food, but the main benefit of the Dwarf Puffer in the planted aquarium is its snail-eating ability. There have been many occasions where we saw many small (non-beneficial) snails coming out from hiding when the lights go out, that is the reason I introduced the Dwarf Puffer into My tank. However, the negative side of the Dwarf Puffer is its aggressiveness towards anything that moves, including fish. Hopefully it will learn to co-exist with the other fishes in the tank. In the meantime, you can enjoy the helicopter-like movement of the Dwarf Puffer as it flutters around hunting for snails...

I having the tank for almost 3 years time, since the first day I put in the water till present now. I had never change the water at all. Just top up the water when its become less. I decorate the tank with stone that I pick from teh river side and also some wood from the bottom of the river. If i lucky I also catch some water strider to put into my tank.

Once I also notice that some dragonfly have lay egg in my tank cause i found some dragonfly nymph in my tank eating up my small guppy offsprings.

1) I like to be a librarian in school....why? Cause librarian mostly is got many girls...and i like to read (now become a bit lazy already, maybe getting old?!). I had finish the whole series if The Famous Five, Hardy's Boy and Nancy Drew novels.

2) I am aging. Hair also become less and less, day by day...I dont want to be call as 'botak'. I had try many type of tonic also no improvement. I hate those promoter come to me promote to me their hair treatment package. Am I that serious? OMG...I am old liao. Please God give me back my black hair!!~

Present From An Old Friend.

This is the only diskman in my life, its given to me when during our second year or third year of university. Eventhough at that time I dont have much CD. This Sony diskman had serve me well as its had serve its old master before me. Now its had meet its dead, because its cant play CD anymore, and I also didnt take to the shop to fix it, cause now I have own a small portable 4GB Sony mp3 player.

What happen to my guarding angel?

Lately long time didn’t write anything here…
This year of rat is not a good year for me, that day I fetch my girl friend and her friends to see a fortune teller to “tilik nasib”. So at the end I also go for it.
The old lady said this year my luck is no good, many of my belonging will spoil, will encounter small accident, will kena saman and etc…
So I notice many things had come true, last month my car battery die, tyre puncit, table fan spoil, sprain my wrist till now not yet recover, my pant zip broken yesterday…
I also don’t know is just coincidentally or not?
She also ask me to release 12 fishes into the wild to buang sial…I think I must do it ASAP.

Revoltech Transformer Megatron

Megatron only comes with a few accessories. A variant head is included that has more of a snarl than the normal face, but it’s not terribly different. Trying to get the second head on was a pain due to the tight fit of the joint and the constantly moving Revoltech neck. In addition to the head, Megatron also comes with 3 extra hands. Two of the hands are wide open, but the third is a hand designed to hold a gun. Apparently this hand is used to hold Convoy’s gun. The thing that impresses me most about Revoltech Megatron is the awesome metallic finish. Just check out the deep metallic red paint on the inside of the legs – it’s absolutely gorgeous.

Coat color consists of a predominant white base with brown markings of the face and ears, and usually a black saddle or large splotch of color; there may be other black or brown markings on the body. The wire in the photo at left sports the traditional white, black and buff tri-color coat. The wire in the right hand photo appears to be a ginger, a wire without black markings.

This is the doggie I wanted to keep, but after I saw the price tag of the 9 month puppy in Mid Valley its keep me away…some more my girl friend don’t like dog!
