Sneak Preview of coming Diablo III

Blizzard is adding two new aspects to the game: a caravan that follows you around through all of the areas, and an artisan system that provides NPCs who can craft and enchant things for you. Basically, it's a load of groupies with mad skills. There will be three different artisans available: blacksmith, mystic, and jeweler, and they'll help you create more badass gear, or tweak what you already have.

If you thought Diablo was a loot whore game at heart before, wait until you hear about this. Read on for more details, and we'll be back with some more highlights soon, including screenshots and a video.

What is the caravan?

The caravan is a persistent group that follows the heroes across Sanctuary, providing a centralized hub for players to find questgivers, crafters and other important NPCs. As your character moves through the world so too will your loyal band, setting up in specific locations to remain close by should you need them.

Who are the artisans?

In order to access the professions in Diablo III, you'll need gain the loyalty of various artisans through your travels in Sanctuary. The blacksmith, mystic and jeweler each provide unique service over the course of the game.

What do the artisans offer?

Skilling up your artisans will unlock unique recipes, granting your character access to benefits that may not be found anywhere else in the world. The blacksmith crafts weapons and armor, and can add sockets to some items. The mystic creates scrolls, potions, magical weapons, spell runes, charms, and can also enchant items. The jeweler crafts gems, amulets, and rings. The jeweler can also remove gems from items and can combine gems to improve their quality.

How do I find the artisans?

Finding the artisans will be part of the main quest. Each artisan has been fleshed out to include their own story and quest line.

How do I use the artisans?

You'll collect loot as a reward for slaughtering the forces of the Burning Hells. Unwanted items can be salvaged in your inventory, converting these goods into raw crafting materials. High level items are salvaged into high level materials. You’ll then take those raw materials and hand them over to the artisans, putting them to work crafting or enchanting for you. Upon returning to the caravan after a lengthy foray, you foray, you may find that the artisans have been hard at work playing their trade for youe benefit.

How do I salvage my items?

Players will find an item while progressing through the main quest that will allow them to convert unwanted gear into crafting materials from the inventory. This item will not take up any inventory space. This should be a more satisfying option for offloading unwanted loot than the alternative -- dropping things on the ground or making frequent trips to a vendor.

(Editor's note: this item, while cube-shaped, is sadly not the Horadric Cube from Diablo's past. According to Jay Wilson, it's meant to be an homage of sorts to that cube, but it isn't the same cube.)

Why are you including crafting professions in an action game?

Professions add depth to the item collection that drives the action of Diablo III. We want to provide players with an alternative way to acquire gear, potions, and other randomly found items. We also want to provide additional forms of customization for players -- adding jewels, enchants or sockets to existing gear allows players further characters. Many rare crafting recipes and materials only found as world drops, enhancing the item acquisition process by increasing the diversity of items dropped by monsters.

12 Ways to Jump-Start Your Metabolism

1. Use interval training to rev up your workout.

Walk for the same amount of time at the same intensity day in and day out and your body will get as bored with your workout as you do. Throw in some variety with interval training, which involves changing the intensity of your workout throughout your exercise session. Every 5 minutes of your walk, jog for 1 minute. Every 5 minutes of your bike ride, shift into a higher gear and pedal hard for a minute. If you swim, speed up every other length. You'll burn more calories in the same amount of time.

2. Fidget.

People who drum their fingers or bounce their knees burn at least 500 calories a day. That adds up to losing 1 lb a week.

3. Keep a small squeeze ball with you and grip and squeeze it frequently during the day.

It's one of the few exercises you can do at any time. You'll build up the muscles in your hands – and muscle, wherever it is, burns a lot of calories.

4. Don't starve yourself.

Cutting out too many calories can backfire in more ways than one. Try to subsist on morsels and your metabolism will slow down so much that you'll not only stop losing weight, but you'll be lucky if you can peel yourself off the couch.

5. Put five rubber bands around your wrist every morning.

That's how many 16-ounce bottles of water you should drink during the day to rev up your metabolism, helping to burn more calories. At least, that's what German researchers found when they got 14 participants to drink about 500 ml of water. The volunteers' metabolic rate – or how quickly they burned calories – jumped a third within 10 minutes of drinking the water and remained high for another 30 or 40 minutes. The researchers estimated that, over a year, increasing your water consumption by 1.5 litres a day would burn an extra 17,400 calories, or about 2.25 kg (5 lb) worth. Since much of the increased metabolic rate is due to the body's efforts to heat the liquid, make sure the water you're drinking is icy cold.

6. Turn up the heat with hot peppers.

Some studies show that very spicy foods can temporarily increase your metabolism. Specialist grocers often stock many different kinds of peppers. Buy one type a week and add some to various meals. Spice up your scrambled eggs with minced jalapeño, add a little fire to beef stew with half a Scotch bonnet pepper.

7. Exercise outside.

Maybe it's the fresh air, maybe it's the sunshine, but something about exercising out in the open makes you walk or run faster than doing the same exercise in the gym.

8. Eat five small meals throughout the day instead of three large meals.

You might think you should eat less often if you want to lose weight, but that's just not the case. By eating every few hours, you keep your metabolism fired up and ensure it doesn't slow down between meals in order to hang on to calories. A "meal" can be as small as a cup of soup.

9. Sip a couple of cups of coffee throughout the day.

Studies find that the caffeine in coffee increases the rate at which your body burns calories. This does not mean, however, that you should order a fancy calorie-packed frappuccino. And skip the espresso if it makes you toss and turn at night.

10. Don't worry if you've been yo-yo dieting.

There's a myth that if you've spent your life losing and gaining the same 10 to 20 lb, your metabolism gets out of kilter and ends up slowing right down. Don't believe it. When researchers reviewed 43 studies on the topic, they found no difference in the metabolic rates of yo-yo dieters compared to those of everyone else.

11. Walk with intent – and intensity.

Burn more calories in the same amount of time with these strategies:
1. Swing your arms when you walk. You'll burn 5 to 10 per cent more calories.
2. Wear a weighted vest – another great way to burn calories. But leave the hand and ankle weights at home. They throw you off balance and could result in injury.
3. Walk on grass, sand or a gravel path instead of the road. It takes more muscle power to glide smoothly over these uneven surfaces (especially sand) than over asphalt.
4. Use walking poles. A U.S. study found that you get a much more intense workout than you would without the poles.
5. Walk along the shore of a river or lake with your ankles in the water. The resistance burns more calories and gives your muscles an added workout.

12. Increase the protein in your diet.

There is some evidence that if you increase your protein intake to the upper end of the recommended range (roughly 20 per cent of overall calories), the amount of energy you expend at rest will remain the same even while you're losing weight. Normally, as you lose weight, your body adjusts and you burn fewer calories at rest.

Last week my car air conditioning is broken down...

So I need to travel around under the hot weather reaching 33 degree Celsius...that is a torturing...

I already expected this monster above is broken...cos the foreman had told me last year when I send my car for service...

After check...the old compressor is leaking gas cos the air conditioning failure...

After changing to this Nippon Denso Compressor...which cost me RM606 including changing some piping that wear and tear...

Now is cold like cucumber inside my car...

Change to a new compressor had made my car idle RPM run liao...so got jerking while in idle...

After adjusting the number 1 nut for idle RPM before on air con and number 2 nut for RPM after on air con...

Still not very satisfy with the RPM...next week go find the uncle tune for me...

The Twelve Steps of Bonding

Let me explain why sexual abstinence is so important to marriage and how it is related to the process of bonding. To do so, I will quote from my earlier book, Love Must Be Tough, in which I discussed the research findings of Dr. Desmond Morris. These insights were conveyed to me through the writings of my good friend, Dr. Donald Joy, and I am grateful to him for bringing them to my attention. I consider the concept of marital bonding to be one of the most vital understandings ever offered on the subject of long-term marriage. Read carefully, please.

Bonding refers to the emotional covenant that links a man and woman together for life and makes them intensely valuable to one another. It is the specialness that sets those two lovers apart from every other person on the face of the earth. It is God's gift of companionship to those who have experienced it.

But how does this bonding occur and why is it missing in so many relationships? According to Drs. Joy and Morris, bonding is most likely to develop among those who have moved systematically and slowly through twelve steps during their courtship and early marriage. These stages, described below, represent a progression of physical intimacy from which a permanent commitment often evolves.

1. Eye to Body. A glance reveals much about a person -- sex, size, shape, age, personality, and status. The importance people place on these criteria determines whether or not they will be attracted to each other.

2. Eye to Eye. When the man and woman who are strangers to each other exchange glances, their most natural reaction is to look away, usually with embarrassment. If their eyes meet again, they may smile, which signals that they might like to become better acquainted.

3. Voice to Voice. Their initial conversations are trivial and include questions like "What is your name?" or "What do you do for a living?" During this long stage the two people learn much about each other's opinions, pastimes, activities, habits, hobbies, likes and dislikes. If they're compatible, they become friends.

4. Hand to Hand. The first instance of physical contact between the couple is usually a non-romantic occasion such as when the man helps the woman descend a high step or aids her across an obstacle. At this point either of the individuals can withdraw from the relationship without rejecting the other. However, if continued, hand-to-hand contact will eventually become an evidence of the couple's romantic attachment to each other.

5. Hand to Shoulder. This affectionate embrace is still noncommittal. It is a "buddy" type position in which the man and woman are side by side. They are more concerned with the world in front of them than they are with each other. The hand-to-shoulder contact reveals a relationship that is more than a close friendship, but probably not real love.

6. Hand to Waist. Because this is something two people of the same sex would not ordinarily do, it is clearly romantic. They are close enough to be sharing secrets or intimate language with each other. Yet, as they walk side by side with hand to waist, they are still facing forward.

7. Face to Face. This level of contact involves gazing into one another's eyes, hugging and kissing. If none of the previous steps were skipped, the man and woman will have developed a special code from experience that enables them to engage in deep communication with very few words. At this point, sexual desire becomes an important factor in the relationship.

8. Hand to Head. This is an extension of the previous stage. The man and woman tend to cradle or stroke each other's head while kissing or talking. Rarely do individuals in our culture touch the head of another person unless they are either romantically involved or are family members. It is a designation of emotional closeness.

9-12. The Final Steps. The last four levels of involvement are distinctly sexual and private. They are:

(9) Hand to Body,
(10) Mouth to Breast,
(11) Touching Below the Waist, and
(12) Intercourse.

Obviously, the final acts of physical contact should be reserved for the marital relationship, since they are progressively sexual and intensely personal.

What Joy and Morris are saying is that intimacy must proceed slowly if a male-female relationship is to achieve its full potential. When two people love each other deeply and are committed for life, they have usually developed a great volume of understandings between them that would be considered insignificant to anyone else. They share countless private memories unknown to the rest of the world. That is in large measure where their sense of specialness to one another originates. Furthermore, the critical factor is that they have taken these steps in sequence. When later stages are reached prematurely, such as when couples kiss passionately on the first date or have sexual intercourse before marriage, something precious is lost from the relationship. Instead, their courtship should be nurtured through leisurely walks and talks and "Lover's Secrets" that lay the foundation for mutual intimacy. Now we can see how the present environment of sexual permissiveness and lust serves to weaken the institution of marriage and undermine the stability of the family.

Now my situation is IV A...
Last night meet an old colleague of mine...she so surprise my hair become so less compare to the last time she met me that is around 4-5 years ago...

In general, most hair loss is not associated with systemic or internal disease, nor is poor diet a frequent factor.

Some conditions produce small areas of hair loss, while others affect large areas of the scalp. Common causes of patchy hair loss are

alopecia areata (patches of baldness that usually grow back)

Alopecia areata is considered an autoimmune condition, in which the body attacks itself (in this case its own hair follicles). Most alopecia patients, however, do not have systemic problems and need no medical tests. that is the situation my mother in law facing...she have an infarct of her left brain and she is a right handed person...its all happen last year during Raya Puasa time...had gone thru 3 brain operation within 2 days...end up bed ridden till now...

last week the tube inside her brain is block so have to do another operation to change the tube...now still hospitalized in Penang General Hospital...

Since I in 2nd year of university i got my 1st hand phone, nokia 6120...that served me for 5 years ...after I start working I buy my 1st hand phone is Nokia 3100, my 1st colour hand phone...its served me for another 5 years then I change to Sony Erricson K700i, my 1st camera hand phone with 1.3mp camera...this also served me for 4 years most, then I planing to get a hand phone that have features like GPS, WIFI, 3G...some of the models i considering is Sony Erricson G900 and X1; Nokia N79 and E72...

At the end I got my self an Android Phone...last week I own a HTC Hero, Android G3 model...still getting the hang of this Android system...a lot to be learn cause is a open source system...comparable with the famous Iphone 3Gs...

Due to the silly Chinese ancient nonuniform method of calculating the day...

Our Chinese believe must calculate the day of the wedding, so that the both parents and those people who attend the wedding ceremonial mustn't clash with the couple zodiac...

Different "master" they have their own way of calculating these date...so when my mother go ask the Ipoh "master" calculate the specific date...and my mother in law go counter check with the "master" in Sungai Petani...giving different result...so because of this stupid ancient nonuniform way of calculating I have to reschedule my wedding day...either forward it or postpone it to a date that both party agree with...

How silly is that? Giving me headache these few days thinking of it...

A Word:

This is the first movie in years which I walked into almost completely oblivious to what I was about to see. Moments ago, I watched the trailers for the first time. While they don’t reveal a whole lot, they do reveal a couple moments that are spoiler. Even with that, this film will blow your mind.

The Plot:

I don’t want to tell you anything about this movie or the plot. This is one of those times where you just have to go see the film ASAP. If you ignore my advice, I promise you that you will be hearing it from every person around you whether you want to or not. It will still rock your world. There are aliens. There are humans. It is not what you think it is. The less you know, the better.

The Good:

Neill Blomkamp: The visual effects master jumped into the director’s chair and has created something wonderfully fresh in District 9.
The Script: Terri Tatchell and Blomkamp’s screenplay is so masterfully crafted, it is hard to point out one thing that makes it remarkable. The characters they create and the journey they take you on will leave you begging for more by the end of the film.
The Acting: The lead, played by Sharlto Copley, is an unknown actor who arrives on the scene and takes the film to an entirely new level. I don’t know how any other actor could have done what he did in this film. It seems like I’m cheating on him when I try to imagine another actor in his role. Must… be… loyal…
Cinematography: A good portion of the film is shot in a documentary style. But not the annoying kind. The fluid kind that does not take away from the flow of the film. We weave in and out of “doc mode” and “film mode” so seamlessly, it could sneak out and take your car right in front of your eyes.
Action/Visual Effects: The film will test your patience. But that makes the nectar all the more tasty when you taste it.
The Bad:

Nothing: I honestly cannot think of something that did not work for me.
Overall:

This is the best Sci-Fi movie to come out in years.

其他名：一串金，旱连子、黄奇丹、连壳、黄花条、黄链条花、青翘、落翘、黄绶带、黄寿丹、黄金条。

主治：淡水魚白點病　　　　　

藥物：連翹有效範圍：一般淡水魚皆通用使用方法及劑量 ,

要點：

１．正常用量－－７５公升水：２公克

２．預防－－７５公升水：１公克

３．病重及魚隻體型大（如藍倒吊）－－７５公升水：４～６公克

註：藥物的使用，雖然說中藥的彈性較大，但亦請勿超過標準劑量太大（會嚴重干擾生物代謝），或太小（達不到有效濃度），此二者皆會導致”卡”在那邊（好像有用，又好像沒用）的現象．請仔細比較我們目前所有的案例，便會發現其中的規律！因为無法預知大家過濾器的大小 , 過濾的效能可能差十倍以上（有的人甚至有藻類過濾器）, 換言之 , 很多人的有效濃度被濾掉了, 無法達到有效濃度 , 才會發生使用連翹無效的現象 !　

我們如何同時考慮處理掉這些參差不齊的問題呢? . 修訂後的對應程序如下：

第一步：先用標準劑量 .

第二步：二十四小時之後 , 只要痊癒率沒有超過40% , 馬上拿出舊藥包 , 加入三倍藥量 .　　　　二十四小時之後 , 只要痊癒率沒有超過20% , 馬上拿出舊藥包 , 加入四倍藥量 .　　　　

二十四小時之後 , 只要痊癒率沒有超過10% , 馬上拿出舊藥包 , 加入五倍藥量 .

The RCS are seem to be very hungry...the lazy Otto and those Apple Snails also come to share the shrimp food...

Sick since Monday, slept from 6pm on Monday till Tuesday 7am then went to work...feel not ok also...taken half day leave come back sleep from 12pm till 6pm no lunch...put blanket all over the body let the body sweat till whole shirt is wet then change another shirt...getting better...force myself to eat some kuew teoh suop, but all end up inside the toilet bowl...then sleep again from 8pm to 10pm...wake up due to too hungry, ate an apple then sleep again till 7am today...feel more ok...take another day leave to rest at home...nasal mucus keep coming out like a burst pipe...

All these is maybe due to last Sunday night I caught in the rain then sit in the air con car in the middle of the night...

Well one more milestone of my wedding day is achieved on last Friday (8 of May 2009) . Is a very tiring process and expensive process. The package that I signed last 2 years ago is RM2888, but was upgrade to new package including new dress for the bride of cause, bridegroom is nothing, we just a green leaf to support the bride only...a supporting role. But the whole process most tiring is the bride...me just "goyang kaki" there and can have time to take a nap while the bride make up its self take an hour plus...We have 7 sets of cloth and 4 set or background, then take outdoor at the beach for sunset setup. Next month will go choose the photo...from 100 photos taken choose 41 photos to put in our wedding albums...hope she wont add any photos...cause its cost a lot to add new thing on the package...and those people is really very good in persuading people to do so...and they usually target the woman, cause women money is is easy to earn...but the women money some also come from men, that is the problem...

It's a great opportunity to review your own skills and check out the creations of your fellow aquarists from all over the world.

A total number of 1,170 applications from 47 countries was entered to the contest 2008. An entry of this '09 contest will be closed on May 31, 2009 and the contest result will be directly sent to each applicant at the end of June, 2009. Where do I start? What do I need to grow plants?

New Planted Tank Checklist

Substrate material: Clay gravel or gravel with laterite/clay additive
Appropriate lighting: low to moderate or moderate to bright, using the right plants for the right conditions.
PH and KH test kits: to monitor CO2 levels
CO2 supplementation: if running elevated lighting.
Plant friendly fish

Good circulation: with minimal surface agitation
Know what's in your tap water: get a report from your water company!

What do I need to grow plants?

Sufficient light
A substrate capable of holding nutrients and providing trace elements
regular added trace elements to the water
correct light intervals: 10 to 12 hours a day
good mechanical filtration and circulation with minimal surface splashing

What is the watts per gallon rule?

There are different variations on this, but what I like to follow is:

1.5 to 2 watts of fluorescent light per gallon of water for low light plants
2 to 3 watts per gallon of water for moderate light plants
3 watts per gallon of water for bright level plants

What is a substrate?

The substrate is your gravel or rooting medium for the plants. It is important to provide a medium that can both store nutrients and be a source of nutrients for your plants. There are several different approaches to doing this. There are additives made for the aquarium to add to your gravel to provide iron and other essential elements, and more complicated do it yourself recipes that include the use of soils, clays, peat, vermiculite or even clay kitty litter. The term laterite is often used in discussions about substrates. Laterite is an ancient soil made from decaying rocks and weathered by tropical heat and rain. The process has stripped the soil of all nutrients other than oxidized iron, which can be highly concentrated. Land plants can not grow in this type of soil, but in tropical Asia laterite soil run offs are found in waterways providing the iron that aquatic plants need to grow. According to Dupla, a company who first commercialized the use of laterite in the aquarium, there are several grades of laterite, not all of which are beneficial to the aquarium. In fact some can cause harm. In non tropical climates in today's world, ancient laterite rocks, (not laterite soil) can be found, such as areas of the USA. Dupla, who claims to have the only true tested laterite, however there are several other brands available. The term clay and laterite are often confused. They are not one and the same, however many substrate materials are either laterite or clay based. Both for all practical purposes provide the same thing: a source of iron and the ability to hold nutrients it absorbs from the water.

Clay gravel is another alternative to laterite. This should be used without adding laterite to it. It is advisable to learn more about what nutrients plants need, and what's involved in a substrate method before getting involved in it. Do not blindly mix different approaches together without understanding the consequences. For example, too much organic material, peat or top soil, can cause severe problems. Kitty litter can alter your pH.

Adding garden fertilizers to an aquarium will dramatically raise the nitrate level, since the chief ingredient is nitrogen, putting your fish at risk and at the very least causing a huge algae outbreak.

Not all plants need to draw nutrients from the substrate. Floating plants obviously do not, as well as plants that anchor to rocks or wood. Most plants take nourishment from both the roots and the leaves, but some rely more heavily on root feeding than taking it from the water.

Do I need CO2 in order to grow plants?

Yes and no. All plants will benefit from adding CO2. Some plants are nearly impossible to grow without it, and the brighter your light the more of a demand there is for CO2. In general, most stem plants require bright light therefore have more of a need for CO2. There are some exceptions. Hygrophila polysperma and Egeria najas seem to hold up better under lower light and CO2 conditions.

Slow growing plants such as Anubias, ferns, and Cryptocorynes, which instead of having stems grow from a crown or rhizome will grow faster and more robust with added CO2, but can remain healthy and slow growing without it.

What type of plant tank?

What do you want to achieve? In most cases the lights that come standard with an aquarium are not sufficient to grow most any plants. It is not the brand of the bulb that makes a difference, but not enough light bulbs. You have two basic choices: reaching the minimal level to grow easy and slow growing plants or reaching the level that will enable you to grow most anything. Lighting is the first most important factor.

Low tech tanks use minimal lighting, no added CO2 or instead DIY CO2. Choice of plants is more limited

Higher tech tanks use lighting intensive enough to meet the needs of any aquatic plant, pressurized CO2 systems, and sometimes additional equipment for more optimal results. The difference is simply a wider choice of plants, namely hundreds of stem or "bunch" plants

Often times cost is the biggest factor when determining the type of plant tank or approach. Lighting can be the most expensive component. It can be as simple as adding a dual fluorescent strip fixture, or a power compact fixture, or for larger tanks a much more elaborate lighting system.

Artistic arrangements can be done with either a low tech or high tech approach as long as the growing requirements of the plants used are being met.

那么，什么才是致病的深层原因呢？

细胞学的研究以及根据人的生长期计算的方法，人因该有120-175岁的寿命。且在医学发达，设备先进的条件下，肿瘤，心脑血管疾病，呼吸系统疾病等现代文明病却不见反增。

经过反复检验，对疾病根源的探索也终于拔云见日，人体的垃圾才是引发疾病的罪刽祸首。人体垃圾因为某些原因过量沉积在体内，导致人体慢性中毒，从而引发多种疾病。

健康人消化道内有100毫升的气体，而形成屁排出体外的量，成年男性是每天100-2800毫升，浮动范围相当大。因为不同的人的饮食种类有很大的不同，难以消化的薯类和豆类会使废气量增加2-10倍。

欧美人放屁很少，这是因为他们吃的食物纤维比较少的缘故，不过其反面，就是食肉越多屁就越臭。

由口中吞进的空气占了废气成分的70%。吃东西是少吞入空气的秘诀在于增加咀嚼的次数，使食物和口水充分昆和。当口水和食物充分昆和后，空气就自然而然地被排出来。

狼吞虎咽的人最容易放屁！

不可忽视体内废气的致癌作用

肠内积存的废气最可怕之处就是它可以致癌！梭状芽孢杆菌等有害菌不但会制造臭气，还会产生亚硝胺和苯酚等致癌物质。这些物质持续地刺激大肠，是大肠癌的发病率升高。经常放臭屁的人以及肚子常胀风的人，有必要尽早改善大肠厂内的细菌环境，排出废气。

有害物质的废气会通过肠壁溶解于血液中，在全身循环的时候，会影响到功能已经降低的器官。比如说，肝脏是将氨气转换为尿素的功能，当着功能衰退时，若是废气中所含的氨气太多，肝脏无法负荷，就会导致意识昏迷。还会对新陈代谢造成妨碍，使脸上长粉刺和雀斑，引起皮肤干燥，粗燥。

肠内积存的废气，有时会压迫血管，造成血液循环不良，引起手脚冰冷。横结肠右角中积存废气会引发剧痛，因为结肠会压迫胆囊和胰腺而造成。

改善饮食生活，根除有害气体

要吃多点根菜类和薯类，豆类，海藻类等富含食物纤维的食物。乳酸杆菌等有益菌增加时，废气便容易排出。

一日三餐中，尽量在早餐和午餐时吃多点食物，而在胃肠功能较弱的夜晚要注意减少食物量。

此外，压力也会导致肠内有害菌和废气的增加。担任有强烈的紧张和不快的情绪时，交感神经会兴奋，从而促进胃肠蠕动的副交感神经无法发挥作用，导致废气很难派出。大肠中的梭状芽孢杆菌会因焦虑的情绪而增加。所以要尽量避免压力的堆积，学会减压的方法。

消除体内废气的2种食物

红薯 – 促进排气，预防大肠癌（排毒一身轻1和2理有讲到）

红薯（蒸）100g 主要成分

红薯中含有大量食物纤维素和葡糖苷可以增加便量的同时，能给肠的活动以强力的刺激，引起蠕动运动，促进排便，即使废气充满肠内，也去又将粪便挤出的力量。葡糖苷在小肠内不会被吸收而是直接运送到大肠，然后被细菌食用生成废气。

红薯如果连皮一起吃的话，效果会更好！薯皮中含有分解淀粉的酶，很容易消化而不会产生废气。表皮的食物纤维比较多，而且还有一种叫紫茉莉苷，存在于切红薯时流出的白色液体中，可以软化粪便，帮助排便。

红薯的维他命C和-胡萝卜素能将癌症的根源自由基无害化！~

富含乳酸菌的食物 – 防止有害气体的生成

乳酸菌最典型的有乳酸杆菌和保加利亚菌。这些有益菌会和有害菌（梭状芽孢杆菌和大肠菌）战斗强地盘！~

含有乳酸菌的食物：酸奶，乳酪，乳酸菌饮料，奶油，黑麦面包和酱油。

简单易行的其他疗法

瑜伽
1。躺着，漆部贴在胸前，双手交叉抱住小腿。屏息5-10秒。
2。一边呼气，一边进一步将漆部贴近胸前，头抬起，尽量使身体蹜成一团。
抱住两漆轻轻压迫胃肠，促进胃肠蠕动。对减肥也有益！~

体操
1。两手握住毛巾，分开与肩同宽。
2。漆盖不弯曲，两臂向上向后伸。腹部用力，上身向后，脚尖着地向前走12步。习惯后可以增加到30步。
3。结束后，躺着休息5分钟。
从腕部开始到两侧的胸肌，分布了由控制脾脏，心脏和小肠的穴位。双臂向后屈伸可以有效的刺激这些穴位。

宿便是癌症的温床

我们身体有着非常精妙的结构，可为什么无法排便的人不断增加？
最主要的原因就是饮食结构有问题。

近年来，人们一天三顿食物纤维的平均从以前的30gm减到大约只有15gm。
食物纤维少，产生的便量就少了，使得粪便容易在大肠中停留很长的时间。粪便中的水分被大肠过分吸收，就变成硬硬，难以排泄。可能会导致出血或引发痔疮。

另外生活变得过于方便，活动身体的机会减少。，也是便秘的原因。排便是通过肠的蠕动运动完成的，如实身体不动，肠的蠕动也会变得迟钝。

This Wednesday i need to go down KL to attend a stupid KPI bengkel at HKL...the stupid things is they don't prepare place for us to stay...so i told them if can be excuse, i wont be attending this bengkel at all...cos they need us to bring a laptop each person...and i dont own one...either do my department own one...so no use for me to go without a laptop...

Most unaware of RM250 limited liability - PLEASE READ AND BE INFORMED!‏

The limit of your liability for a lost or stolen credit card is RM250.00 under Rule 13.2 of the Bank Negara rules on credit card if it has been fraudulently used. Pl note this limit n ensure that your bank does not overcharge you should your card have been used illegally.

Most are unaware of RM250 limited liability - PLEASE READ AND BE INFORMED! CARDHOLDERS need not pay more than RM250 whenever their lost or stolen credit cards are used by others. Yet, oftentimes, they end up paying much more.

This is because Bank Negara has not informed cardholders that they do not have to pay more than RM250 for fraudulent transactions carried out using their lost or stolen cards, when they had not acted fraudulently and had informed the banks about the lost or stolen cards as soon as possible.

This protection is given under Clause 13.2 of Bank Negara's Credit Card Guideline ('The cardholder's maximum liability for unauthorized transactions as a consequence of a lost or stolen credit card shall be confined to a limit specified by the issuer of credit cards, which shall not exceed RM250 provided the cardholder has not acted fraudulently or has not failed to inform the issuer of credit cards as soon as reasonably practicable after having found that his credit card is lost or stolen').

Banks know about Clause 13.2 but have chosen to ignore it. Instead they pursue cardholders for the fraudulent transactions.

They will tell cardholders that a clause in the credit card contracts states that all transactions carried out before the loss of the cards are reported to the banks, are deemed to be carried out by the cardholders.

Many cardholders then pay up because they are unaware of the RM250 limited liability.

Bank Negara should rule that:

*THE RM250 maximum liability on fraudulent transactions is
highlighted to cardholders in the card agreements as well as in the
monthly card statements.

*BANKS are not allowed to insert any clause in the card agreement
which is contrary to Clause 13.2.

*BANKS should refund all money in excess of the RM250 collected from
cardholders whose cases clearly come under Clause 13.2.

送了老婆去上班后就到了集合地点。。。
天啊！才8点多。。。只好坐在那边看人家跑步。。。看到几个熟人原来他们那么健康的。。。

过后就去看小鸟和大鸟。。。看到天色很暗。。。想要下雨那样。。。就sms大胃说我要回家睡觉了。。。结果给他鸟。。。

过后大胃和小甜甜就到了，然后就是很久没有见面的一哥，原来A水出门没有带相机跑回家拿。。。明知道要来拍照竟然不带相机。。。果然只有猪死才会做得出的事。。。

接下来就是观众chen，水虫，睡猪来了。。。人数到期后即开始了。。。原来A水和助手真的准备到像professional那样子。。。敬佩！

开始时候2位魔豆都很害羞，卡麦拉面也是。。。我就跑去旁边拍我的花草树木加虫。。。回来看看他们，结果他们全部都越拍越high。。。越投入。。。过后KenNics就来了。。。

我以为很快就可以收工回家的，但是大家拍了接近2小时。。。累！

过后，我们就到菩提斋去用餐。。。

就酱结束鸟。。。。。摄影聚会。。。

3D2N Redang Trip

Went to Pulau Lang Tengah at Terengganu for a holiday trip with my girlfriend and her sister and sister's boyfriend. We travel from Sungai Petani, Kedah to Kuala Terengganu by bus from 10pm and reach Kuala Terengganu early in the morning next day around 5.30am. Been to a totaly new place feel scary also, so we chartted a taxi to take us to eat breakfast in the local chinatown. After that only depart tp Merang Jetty, that is located 60km from Kuala Terengganu town. Nothing much to said about Kuala Terengganu town in this early morning cause no activity at all.

At the Merang Jetty we took the speedboat to the Lang Tengah Island together with us are 3 malay guys from KL. The boat ride took us around 1 hour, i even have time to take a nap in the boat since i dont have a good sleep on the bus.

The weather all these 3 days is nice, only night time is a bit stormy at the 1st day. We went for snorkering round Lang Tengah Island and Redang Marine park, play banana boat, play congkak and sing karaOK. We cant manage to see the legandary famous blue sand at night near the seaside. That is our only regret.

The trip back to Kuala Terengganu is ok, but the bad news is we have to stay in town untill from 11am to 9pm to wait for the bus back to Sungai Petani. Conclusion is Kuala Terengganu is a damn boring town, not a single cinema in town. The local here also dont wanto rent car to outsider, so all the while we stay in the Mydin and Giant...so call the biggest in town. But the size is not even 1/4 of the KL mid valley.

The bus trip back is awful, the seat is small not confortable to sleep and the stupid bus driver son keep on distrubing all the passenger along the journey. But thank God we all safely reach Sungai Petani alive.

One of my office

Well I have been working in this hospital for 6 years already. When the first time i reach this hospital is still in the old building that is builded since year 1900. I am so surprise its can last so long, my office is near the kicthen, OMG...I study 3 years in university just to work in hospital kicthen!!

I become the head of the department for 3 years, controling 1 officer, 3 supervisors and 16 cooks. All also old folks...dealing with old folks staff is a tough work. They fear of changes, always reject all my reformasi...for the best of the department. I cant believe that now is IT era, and my department dont even have a computer...so i request for 1 computer, now i can listen to song and play game in my free time in the office...

Of cause my job is not just to control the cooks...i also give caunseling to in patient and out patient of the hospital...sometime go out give talk to the health staff.

Now Hospital already move to a new building that cost billion of ringgit, equip with IT system and many many high tech stuff, but the staff is not high tech to catch up to the change of time...do you know when some staff went through the Office Automation couse got staff that scare to hold the mouse and worse is got people vomit on the keyboard cause look at the monitor too long...

Originaly i have a pair of pufferfish, many of snails (these pest is come hitchhike together with the water plant i buy), tiger barb x 4, guppy x 10, Neon Tetra n Black Neon Tetra x 6, water plant x 10...

The Dwarf or Pygmy Puffer (Tetraodon Travancorius) is a freshwater puffer fish that feeds on live food, but the main benefit of the Dwarf Puffer in the planted aquarium is its snail-eating ability. There have been many occasions where we saw many small (non-beneficial) snails coming out from hiding when the lights go out, that is the reason I introduced the Dwarf Puffer into My tank. However, the negative side of the Dwarf Puffer is its aggressiveness towards anything that moves, including fish. Hopefully it will learn to co-exist with the other fishes in the tank. In the meantime, you can enjoy the helicopter-like movement of the Dwarf Puffer as it flutters around hunting for snails...

I having the tank for almost 3 years time, since the first day I put in the water till present now. I had never change the water at all. Just top up the water when its become less. I decorate the tank with stone that I pick from teh river side and also some wood from the bottom of the river. If i lucky I also catch some water strider to put into my tank.

Once I also notice that some dragonfly have lay egg in my tank cause i found some dragonfly nymph in my tank eating up my small guppy offsprings.

Look back at these name tags show 2 things:

1) I like to be a librarian in school....why? Cause librarian mostly is got many girls...and i like to read (now become a bit lazy already, maybe getting old?!). I had finish the whole series if The Famous Five, Hardy's Boy and Nancy Drew novels.

2) I am aging. Hair also become less and less, day by day...I dont want to be call as 'botak'. I had try many type of tonic also no improvement. I hate those promoter come to me promote to me their hair treatment package. Am I that serious? OMG...I am old liao. Please God give me back my black hair!!~

This is my killing tools...

I used this set to kills 3 white mouse, 1 frog, 1 earth worm n 1 lipas.

Among all these thing i had kill before, lipas is the worse, because its smell like shit!

Long time i never kill a single organisme anymore...

Now eyeing for the street cat behind my house, always dig on my rubbish bin, untill all the rubbish spread on the road ...
